Conference Fees
This conference is open to all active members of the Civil Air Patrol that wish to participate. During the morning we will hold the General Assembly, and Awards Ceremony. After Lunch (included with your registration), we will conduct seminars in the afternoon as part of the conference credit. There will be six (6) different seminars divided into two sessions. These seminars are a requirement for our Senior Members to advance within the CAP Education and Training program. To receive full credit for the PRWG Conference the participant(s) must attend a total of three (3) seminars (1 virtual, and 2 in-person) that comprise the Wing Conference. Cadets attending the seminars will receive credit for the conference participation.
Pre-requisites. To attend the conference, the applicant must be a current CAP member, in possession of a current CAP identification card, in good standing with Civil Air Patrol, and have a membership expiration date after 31 December 2023. All seniors must have completed Level 1 and CPPT. Parents are welcome to attend the conference as guests.
Cadet applicants. Required documentation:
1) Conference Registration Form Online
2) Registration Fee for cadets (See Table A)
3) Must be escorted by a Senior Member from the cadet unit or cadet's parents during the activity.
Senior Member / Guests. Required documentation:

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Banquet fees DO NOT apply to Cadets and Senior Members, it's ONLY FOR GUESTS. CAP Members (Cadets and Seniors) need to attend the General Assembly, Seminars, and Banquet with the corresponding fees.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CANCELLATIONS: A $40.00 fee will be assessed for all refunds. No refunds after 30 October 2023.
PAYMENT METHOD: You will pay via Eventbrite during the registration process. There is no need to send forms or payments by mail with this method of payment.
On the day of the conference, we regret to inform you that walk-ins will not be permitted. Please ensure you have registered in advance to secure your attendance.
