GENERAL COMMENTS. All members must register online for the conference, and hotel reservations must be made by calling directly to the hotel. For personnel that require transportation, please fill out the Transportation Request Form online.
SUPERVISION OF CADETS. Unit Commanders must ensure that each cadet is assigned to a specific adult leader who will be responsible for supervising the cadet during all phases of the activity.
