Welcome to the IT Helpdesk Support. This is for official use only and should be considered a privilege. Any abuse of this privilege will be reported to your commander. 

Available Requests: PRWG email, hardware and software assistances, website, distribution access, account reset and other platform access. 

The Puerto Rico Wing Civil Air Patrol provides free email addresses and special tools for Wing members . 

To submit a support ticket you may need to register first using your PRWG provided email, if you are requesting a PRWG email account you may register with your own personal email. Once registered, a followed up invitation will be sent to the provided email you used. Follow the instructions and you may submit support tickets after that.
