MEMORANDUM FOR ALL MEMBERS

SUBJECT: Puerto Rico Wing Complaint Procedure Policy

1. The Puerto Rico Wing policy with regards to complaint procedures will be adhered to in accordance with CAPR 123-2, which states:

Members must follow the chain of command. Commanders and members should make every attempt to resolve problems, conflicts, and disputes within CAP at the lowest unit level possible.

The regulation further states:

Incidents and complaints regarding alleged sexual harassment or abuse (allegations either verbal or in writing) unit commander or member will immediately report the allegation to the Wing Commander.  The Wing Commander will immediately report it to NHQ CAP/GC.

2. This policy letter must be posted on the permanent bulletin board and available for review to all CAP Members.
